About Humidity Chamber
A
Humidity Chamber is a chamber which is designed to simulate the humidity conditions. Its inner chamber is made of stainless steel with the outside body completely consisted of mild steel. It can be operated at temperatures ranging from 5
o to 60
oC. Humidity can range between atmospheric humidity to 95 % with sensitivity of plus minus 3 %. It is fitted with a digital temperature controller cum indicator and a digital humidity controller cum indicator.
Available In Two Chamber Sizes : - 455 x 455 x 710mm
- 605 x 605 x 910mm
Exceptional Precision and ControlOur humidity chambers are equipped with high-precision digital PID touch controllers, providing reliable maintenance of temperature and humidity within tight tolerances. The automated system, atmospheric pressure operation, and advanced humidification ensure consistent, reproducible results ideal for demanding test protocols across industries.
Robust Construction and User SafetyBuilt with premium stainless steel and mild steel, the chambers feature powder-coated surfaces for added durability. The insulation, either PUF or glass wool, minimizes heat loss while the glass observation window and LED displays enhance operational visibility. Safety is reinforced with over-temperature protection and advanced alarm systems.
Flexible and Convenient OperationsDesigned for user ease, these chambers include adjustable stainless steel shelves and smooth-rolling castor wheels for effortless repositioning. Accessories like cable ports and water reservoirs help accommodate diverse testing needs, making them suitable for various industrial and research applications requiring controlled environmental conditions.
FAQs of Humidity Chamber:
Q: How is the desired humidity and temperature achieved and maintained in these chambers?
A: The incorporated digital PID controller with touch controls continuously monitors and adjusts the sheathed air heater and humidification systemincluding a stainless steel tank with immersion heater and atomizerto maintain user-defined temperature and humidity levels with high precision.
Q: What types of industries or laboratories benefit from using this humidity chamber?
A: These humidity chambers are utilized in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, material testing, research laboratories, and quality control, wherever precise environmental simulation for product or material testing is required.
Q: When is humidity or climate testing necessary in industrial scenarios?
A: Humidity and climate testing are critical during product development, quality assurance, and compliance evaluation, helping determine how items respond to varying environmental conditions before commercial release or during routine testing.
Q: Where can these chambers be installed, considering size and mobility?
A: Thanks to their range of capacities (501000 litres) and integration of sturdy castor wheels, the chambers can be conveniently installed and moved within laboratories, manufacturing floors, or research facilities as needed.
Q: What is the process for setting up and operating the chamber?
A: Setup is straightforward: users connect the chamber to standard electric power, fill the water reservoir, configure the required environmental parameters using the digital touch controller, and load samples onto the adjustable shelves. The automated system then manages all internal conditions, displaying real-time values on the LED display.
Q: What are the main benefits of choosing this humidity chamber compared to others?
A: Key benefits include precise environmental control (2% RH, 1C accuracy), robust construction complying with IS/IEC standards, advanced automation, enhanced safety features, and user-friendly design elements that simplify both operation and mobility.
